When authorized, the service may process QuickBooks Online authorization information, company identity, accounting records, transaction details, and Gingr payment information needed for reconciliation.
Use and disclosure
Information is used only to operate, verify, audit, and secure Wild Woof Retreat’s internal accounting workflow. It is not sold. Information may be transmitted to service providers required to operate the integration, including Intuit, Gingr, and the infrastructure hosting the service.
Security and retention
Access is restricted, credentials are not intentionally written to application logs, and authorization tokens are stored in encrypted form. Records are retained only as needed for accounting, audit, security, and legal obligations.
